This boutique hotel project has 3 stories of hotel and restaurant space above-grade, plus 2 stories of below-grade parking in the dynamic SoCo District. The frame is two-way post-tensioned concrete throughout with concrete columns and shear walls. . A pool is supported on the second floor. The South Austin boutique hotel was designed to maximize the potential use of the property while maintaining a building scale appropriate to the eclectic district.
