A merging of smaller buildings organized around courtyards, the new Super Co-Op near the campus of the University of Texas at Austin allows for a fluid and robust community. Covered parking, cafeteria, kitchens and offices make up the ground floor of the 48,000sq ft , student owned housing. The use of precast concrete planks provides a finished floor and ceiling set on a light steel frame. The building frame allows for relative ease for future re-organization.
