The seven building campus, totaling more than 135,000 sq ft of mixed use projects include retail
and commercial space. It is the first project in Williamson County with the goal of LEED certification.
The development encompasses a 13 acre campus and is being designed not only for an aesthetic of
unique buildings, but also to be environmentally sound and centered on the people that will inhabit it.
The structure utilizes insulated concrete form (ICF) perimeter load bearing walls with internal cellular
steel beam framing and concrete slab on metal deck.
